Tour Description
On this tour your first stop will be Hawaii's most famous location, Pearl Harbor. You will be shown a 20 minute film about the attack on Dec. 07, 1941, then view a great collection of historic artifacts on display at the new Visitor Center. Next, you will be transported by a navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial.
After leaving Pearl Harbor you will visit a relaxing outdoor museum that tells the story of life on Hawaii's plantations c. 1900 and the tales of the 395.000 people who were brought to Hawaii to work on the sugar cane fields that once surrounded Pearl Harbor, known in Hawaiian as Wai Momi, the River of Pearls.
The Plantation Village includes restored buildings and replicas of structures such as houses of various ethnic groups, the camp office and the plantation store. You will learn about the lifestyle of the immigrants from Japan, China, Korea, Portugal, Puerto Rico and the Phillippines who once worked here, while sampling delicious strawberry guava and fresh sugar cane.
Throughout this adventure, your professional nature guide will explain Pearl Harbor's Geology, Hawaiian history, mythology, its native bird and plant species and unique marine life."

We can pick you up from any Waikiki hotel at 6:00AM and bring you back by 12:30-1:00PM. *This early departure times ensures that we beat the heat and the crowds at Pearl Harbor. *Our guides also have access to a separate ticketing booth so you can skip the long lines at the Arizona memorial.

Waikiki pickup is provided for all our guests at no extra charge. For this particular tour we have selected centrally located meeting points in Waikiki for you to choose from. Once you tell us at which hotel you are staying we will help you determine which pickup location is the closest to your hotel.
*If you are staying outside of Waikiki, (at the Ihilani, Ko'olina or the Turtle Bay Resort, etc.) and coming to town by rental car we recommend that you meet us at the Ala Moana hotel (410 Atkinson Drive) where there is ample free parking for you across from the hotel in the shopping center's parking lot.

*Please note that disrespectful clothing (short shorts, belly shirts, etc.) is not allowed on the Arizona Memorial, and flip-flops are not allowed at the Hawaii Plantation Village.

Cancellation Policy:
We don't charge any cancellation fees if you notify us in time but because we have to schedule your guides and vehicles in advance, a minimum 24-hour notice required prior to departure time for rescheduling or cancelling your tour. Tours cancelled or rescheduled within the last 24 hours are non-refundable.
